Tianna Marie Belcher (2001, she/her) is an Afro-Caribbean American artist, animator, and filmmaker, born in Richmond, Virginia, and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Due to her multicultural background, she focuses on portraying characters from her heritage, exploring different emotions to ensure the representation of Black characters. In 2016, Tianna was one of the winners of the "Laws of Life" essay contest. She graduated from the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in 2023 with a B.F.A. in animation. In 2024, she was a production intern on Blaze and the Monster Machines for Nickelodeon. While Tianna enjoys art and playing with her pet cat Jasper, she loves writing just as much.
